His innovative approach has produced over Five Hundred Twenty-Five Million Dollars in real estate transactions. He has perfected the art of accomplishing the goals of his clients with his national and international marketing expertise. It was in the early 90’s that he developed the unique design of the Edge Team model of specialized fiduciary experts and team orchestration. It has delivered the results to the thousands of Edge clients.

Kari’s successful career in sales has spanned 35 years and included a very successful career as an Internet Marketing Executive. She became a real estate agent in 2001 and obtained managing-level real estate broker status in 2003. Kari was a major catalyst in building the success of the number one ranked boutique real estate office on the front range of Colorado. In 2013 Kar and Joey made the decision to downsize their organization so they could spend more time raising their daughter, Aspen and allow Kari the time to care for her elderly mother. Her tireless energy and passion for excellence has resulted in her great reputation in the real estate industry. The desire to achieve her clients’ goals has always driven her to go way beyond the expected level of service. Her goal of never walking away from any experience without achieving the clients intended purpose speaks to her level of uncompromising commitment. Through her extensive knowledge, well-honed marketing skills and her excellent client service experience she was honored by being awarded the Top 100 in Colorado.
In addition to her rich history of marketing and selling residential and vacant land, Kari has leveraged her experience and passion of ranching and training performance Quarter Horses to become one of the top Farm and Ranch specialists. Kari understands the important facets of a functional ranch operation and how that translates into optimizing land use and the design of ranch improvements. With her first-hand experience of designing and building multiple ranch properties with Joey, she is intimately familiar and understands cost projections and the aggregate value. This experience brings a real added value to her marketing and sales expertise. She served on the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo Board of Directors for 12 years and opted to step down so she could have the honor of taking care of her elderly mother. She loves sharing the barrel racing arena with her daughter Aspen. Her equine accolades include qualifying twice for the AQHA World Show. She is a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and a Certified Veterinarian Technician.
A longtime resident of Parker County, Texas, since 1993, Keith brings decades of local insight and hands-on experience to his role as a real estate sales agent. His background includes commercial property purchases, personal property development, and active farm operations—ranging from hay production to rural land management.
Before entering real estate, Keith spent 10 successful years as a top-performing outside sales representative in the LTL trucking industry. In 1998, he took over his family’s thriving child care business, operating 14 locations across the DFW Metroplex and surrounding rural areas. This allowed his parents to retire comfortably while he continued their legacy. In 2020, after selling his stake in the company to his stepbrother and keeping the business in the family, Keith reinvested in commercial property on the historic Weatherford Square, along with heavy equipment and rural property management—building the hands-on knowledge of land that now shapes his real estate work.
Today, alongside his real estate career, Keith operates a hay production and sales business with his 23-year-old grandson, Kade—continuing a proud family tradition rooted in hard work and country values. He shares this way of life with his wife Karen, a cattle rancher’s daughter, and their granddaughter Bella, who trains and competes in barrel racing on the family’s farm in Poolville, Texas.
