My wife and I recently purchased a home (with the help of Kari), out of state. The challenges that come with moving out-of-state, can be scary and often times overwhelming. Kari took that weight and placed it on her shoulders. I think one of the best traits I can point out in this review, is simply the fact that she listens. We spoke over the phone prior to meeting in person (out of state challenge no.1), and the results of that discussion were spot on. We arrived day 1 of a two-day trip, planning to spend both days house hunting with Kari. Her knowledge and attention focused on our priorities, resulted in not only finding our house, but finding it on the first day.
